The following enhancements have been added to general mode strap footings.

• The ability to specify a minimum and maximum size to use in the design of top reinforcing bars is added to the Concrete and Reinforcement form.
• The ability to specify a minimum and maximum size to use in the design of pedestal reinforcing bars is also added to the Concrete and Reinforcement form.
